Extend your stay or bring guests
If you are considering extending your stay or bringing additional guests to this year’s Region Builders outing, please familiarize yourself with the following information:
Room Rate
The rate to extend your stay is $249 USD per room per night with single or double occupancy plus applicable taxes* and a $25 per day All Access Pass charge. This rate is guaranteed three nights before and after the program dates of March 28 – April 1, 2020, subject to availability.
*Current state and local taxes are 10.5% plus a 2% occupancy tax, and a State Tourism Fee of $0.40 per night.
Flights
Extra guests can be booked on the same flight as the qualifier and their guest, but cannot use group blocked seats (unless they are the only guest of the qualifier). Flights are to be booked separately at the expense of the qualifier.
Airport Transfers
Transfers will be arranged for all attendees and their guest from the San Diego Airport to the hotel and return on program dates only. Your additional guests/children can be included if space permits at an additional cost. If you are arriving outside of the program dates, there are taxis readily available at the airport. A taxi to the hotel is approximately $20 USD. Alternatively, if you would like to arrange private transportation please contact registration@lorandus.com.
Group Functions
Please be advised that extra guests (outside of the one guest allotted per qualifier) are not included in any of the group events.
